Villiger has been successfully producing Quadromat underfloor pressing stations for more than 10 years - more than 100 systems are already in operation every day and at least ten of these are for cardboard collection!

Take the city of Lugano, for example: the city's attractive promenade has numerous shops and boutiques, as well as hotels and restaurants, where large quantities of cardboard are generated every day. It should also be mentioned that more than 700 underground containers are installed in Lugano for refuse. The city's strategy was to install underground pressing units for cardboard outside the city centre. Thanks to the well thought-out "Quadromat" disposal concept, all shops and also private individuals can dispose of their cardboard underground at the collection points. This results not only in a time saving, but also in an enormous cost reduction in the long run. In addition, the Quadromat systems are aesthetically integrated into their surroundings.
